ok so i was planning this trip for almost 4 years .. since i did matric... "a roadtrip from khi to isb" in any car
but i had only mehran ... sub log jinko janta hun ,,,, sub ne mana kiya tha ke mehran cannot go ... aur if it can go tou tum lekr nahi ja pao ge ... but i have a passion for driving and dream came to reality
After asking on various forums for a month .. and having a dream to do this trip for 3 years ... i finally got a chance.
i also have a thread for guidance in this trip from 2 years back .. but was unable to make this trip then. but this year i was motivated ke is bar tou krni hi hai har halat me ...
I was to write this in February after the trip but got busy in my university ....
i took my brother with me since ghar wale keh rahe they to not go alone..
i started my trip around 8 in the morning ,, aur 8 30 tk hum karachi toll plaza pe they...
an thing which became an issue was speed... mehran 100 se uper nahi ja rahi thi aur bhot shor kr rahi thi shuru me .. but aik do ghante tk drive krne ke bad gari thori snmooth ho gayi and 120 pe consistent hogyi... hyderabad ke toll ke bad road construction ho rahi thi .. so wahan bhi kafi time waste hua ...
We took N5 since it is a double road and in good condition.
I am somewhat mad about driving.. i dont know why but i just like to drive
i have to drive around 65 kms daily for university since i live at highway and my university is at do talwar, so mujhe driving ki adat aur shauk dono hain.
tou thakawat ka issue shuru me mujhe nai tha ...
Police ka aik dar bheta hua tha ke it might stop and ask for bribe and stuff... but no where in my whole trip ... koi aisa incident nahi hua .
lAlso according to suggestions... i took care of necessary paper work, .like road insurance and tax and other stuff
after we crossed MORO,,, clutch became hard and click sounds started to come after some time intervals.
raste me aik mechanic dikha tou usko gari dikhadi... ( jispe log mujhe bewakoof kehte hain)
he said that gari ki body rusted hai .. us wajase clutch wire ka nut loose ho raha hai ,.. he took 100 rs and clipped a larger nut.
and the journey continued. we corssed sukkur after maghrib and at approx 10ish 11ish ... we crossed Sindh-Punjab Border...
1st Police Encounter .
there was a guy ranger he asked us question kahan se arahe hain .. kahan ja rahe hain .. and very politely
we continued the journey ... the thing about this trip was a impulsive decision so hamara koi kahin bhi stay ka plan nahi tha.... koi backup nahi tha
so i thought to stop for some hours at Deawoo Terminal at nearby city ... since whenever i used to travel in the past ... sirf deawoo hi safe lagta hai mujhe
and we reached BAHAWALPUR Deawoo Terminal at 2ish... and took some snacks and slept for 3 to 4 hours in the car in Daewoo Parking. (Neend arahi thi yar 
after driving for 16 hours woh bhi mehran me ... )
Aram kafi dardnaak tha .... aur kafi sard bhi .... it was 23 january i guess not sure ...
we took off from bahwalpur at 5 before fajr ... and continued at n5.
at Mian Channu we found CNG opemed so CNG bharwaiii
and it started raining .... The ROads are fine all over in sindh and till bahwalpur ... but the patch u have to take from mian channu to Toba tek singh and GOjra is worst .. matlab aik tou itni choti roads .. phir khadde ... aur phir suger cane ke trollers ...
Khair as we were passing this patch ,,, my side mirror broke as a troller tractor had suger canes all over the road and hit my mirror ...
had it changed near gojra ... (at apporx 11 we were at gojra )
and we hit he road again and no issues were faced after that alhamdulillah but a challan was imposed due to a pic i took at SAlT Range but ot was worth it .... i reached islamabad at 8 In the night
Things i have done in this trip and plan to do so in future also ... mene kabhi bhi nahi socha tha karne ka mauqa mile ga ...
drove for 17 hours straight
got a challan on salt range for taking a pic ( for parking the car mainly)
Slept in my car at Daewoo Parking
drove in bahawalpur at 2 at night veraan anjaan sheher ( kabhi karachi me itni raat ko nahi nikla ) 
drove in fog for 8 hours while coming back ( frustrating tha)
and many other things jo yaad bhi nahi...

stay isb me zyada krna tha but due to an unfortuanate event that took place in sahiwal i had to come back after 3 day stay in isb.
the day i left from karachi .. there was a killing of family in SAHIWAL on Motorway.. and that panicked my relatives alot ... because we left the same time and were on road ....
