Karachi to Lahore Cultus 2014

Hey guys!
Hope you're doing great. Next month I'm planning to travel from Karachi to Lahore first time through highway/motorway on my Cultus 2014.
It's a petrol driven car and just recently I've installed new tyres. I've driven it 80000 till now and has no known issue with engines etc.
Will you guys please guide me what things I should be looking into before starting the journey. What precautions need to be taken. Are there any specific things I need to know before I plan the journey. What common spares parts should I keep with myself. In how many intervals should I take stops. Good places to rest along the way.
I will be really grateful for the help. Looking forward to your responses.

First thing i would suggest is basic maintenance. Change oil and oil filter one day before the journey. Kepp some oil with you in case of emergency. Check coolant and radiator pipes. Make sure there are no leaks. Check tires.
Keep spare tire.
