Last month I travelled from Khi to Lahore on my GS-150, this was pillion ride.
Day 1 :: 20-August :: distance covered = 585KMs
11AM left Karachi
02PM reached Hyderabad (hot weather sucked, decided to rest for 3 hours, worst road condition due to diversions, we were luck found no traffic jams)
05PM left Hyderabad
08PM reached Moro - dinner at Taj Restaurant
02AM read Ghotki - decided to spent nite there at highway hotel
Day 2 :: 21-August :: distance covered = 850KMs
06AM left Ghotki
11.30AM reached Bhawalpur (1 hour tea break)
01PM crossed multan
03PM reached Khaniwal (2 hours rest for breakfast + lunch + dinner :-p that day we only had one meal )
07PM reached Sahiwal (2 hours rest)
11PM reached Lahore
concerns:
1. safety: it's all safe
2. police: cops stopped us b/w khi & hyd, checked documents appreciated us for complete documentation.
3. road condition: from khi to hyd it's worst, believe me it's heaven ahead... worth riding! (you can try alternate route Khi to Hyd via Thatta/Kotri)
4. speed: in between 80-100

*plan was to explore Kashmir but early morning at 6AM on 3rd day of our trip when we were getting ready to leave Lahore for Islamabad we received sad news from home about death in family 
postponed our tour handed over motorcyle to Pak-Business Cargo office at Lahore railway station to deliver it to Karachi via train and we both came Karachi via first flight of the day.
