Yes its possible but more important question may be that it is recommended or not. If you are going on this route first time or u r the only driver then I would recommend not to do this. Allow yourself ample time and food/nap breaks and at least one car check up break. For the first timer sole drivers the neck and cervical muscles may also go stiff due to long focused drive (so have cervical neck support and tablets ready).
In Sind, you may be asked for documents (especially if you are alone or boys only) multiple times; so keep car documents (detachable page), insurance, tax paid challan, valid license, CNIC, Highway code book and small cash (coz even after having complete documents a common/shareef citizen may harassed anytime anywhere). If your car status is clear (not stolen) at CPLC (which u can check online) then there should be no issue if its not in ur name and you have its documents.
