bhai Lower Kachura Lake is also known as Shangrila Lake n is inside a tourist resort called Shangrila Resort Upper Kachura lake is located at a distance of abt 3 km from Lower Kachura lake. you can go there in a Jeep
show ur PakWheels Membership Card there n the Shangrila Resort will charge u nothing :D:D:D
