Road conditions: Good condition from Naukot to Nagarparkar. Not good from Mirpurkhas to Naukot, but not necessary to go via Mirourkhas. Overall, it was motorable for any fit car.
Places to stay: In Nagarparkar, we stayed at Circuit House, with a 'jugaar' though. I believe one can easily find clean rooms on reasonable price elsewhere also once arrive there.
Places to eat: Plenty on the way. See the photo on my blog for a good restaurant at Mithhi.
Fuel pumps: not a problem but CNG might not be available after Mirpurkhas.
Phone coverage: Pretty good. Ufone and Telenot were better than Mobilink, if I remember correctly.
Easily doable imo but one should have adequate time, as one way travel is no less than 10 hours, reasonably speaking.
