Sir, Thanks for your comments about the label.

Have done some experiment with a piece of plastic, let's see what happens.

Brake fluid attacks plastic by making it brittle so it snaps easily. I think brake fluid may also attack epoxy. However I don't know over how much time. Anyway, it is worth the experiment. Overall very impresses with your on/off/lock label.

it reminds me lot of my early memories associated with Kawasakis.
if i was in Pakistan now i can really help you with plenty of spare parts as i used to be a fanatic kawasaki parts collectors.

Here, just two parts R B lite equally mixed and used.

previously u were diluting the epoxy mixture with something.... like you did with the galvanized bolts.......

Actually I did not searched on the net earlier.

After reading your post searched and found many helpful stuff from the net,
but as you know we live in a place where proper parts and allied products are very hard to find.

An other thing, even before reading your post, I had experimented something, shall share soon.

Waiting for the pictorial learning

For the master cylinder window,

Again took a plastic piece from an old VCR.

Cut a round piece and pasted a circle printed with the help of corel draw.

After filing made it proper round.

Placed master cylinder in summer sunshine for expansion.

Pressed it with hammer and socket.

The rubber ring expanded more than expected.

Till date no leakage or any negative effect fro the brake oil.

And yes after master cylinder cooling down, cracks emerged out after contraction, showing a real tight fit.

Cracks visible after contraction of the master cylinder.

Thimble replacement of front brake switch wiring.

cant tell from the pica but i usually drop a little solder on thimbles and wire to give it a good connection and prevent it from becoming loose over time

Bad condition of caliper piston.

could not get from the market.

A tech friend of mine machined a piece, hard chromed and ground it at specs, gave me for final touches.

I finally filled its center with two types of epoxy.

Manual filing and ready for assembling.

Powder coating removal from certain places was a tough job.
