Work of Nadeem sb is no less than a classic, If there were directories of DIYS like fine arts you people would have been in the top lists (fighting for the first place).
The characteristic most prominent of both of your work is keeping things in origional form (nothing creepy goes in your restorations) as people call them modifications and up gradations (sorry to the newer generation).
To top it all you people are very much down to earth (had contact with nadeem sb couple of times, and he is so keen to help with his honest opinions.
Coming back to the realities i always tell my subordinates juniors and fellows it does not matter what you are doing what matters is that how you are doing. And Nadeem sb wins this area, attention to the details is so pleasure able that i cannot help smiling when seeing these posts of yours.
I did not realize it untill i was caught couple of time by my better half, who got suspicious at my looking at pc and smiling and smiling, i showed her what i was smiling at and all she said was that it is nothing but habit ruiner.
