I prefer to use 2 x 2RS bearings and removing the inner seals, wash the old grease out, dry them, pack them with fresh grease, install one with seal outside insert the spacer tube - then fill the cavity about 80% with the grease and install the other bearing too.
As the wheel will turn the centrifugal force of the motion will force the oil in the grease to flow outwards into the bearing and keep it lubricated for a long time. I did that to many motorcycles and they never had wheel bearing failure uptil I knew it and that was years. Be sure to use a good grease, its not very high temperature.
The other bit where I loved to grease up the pivot was the swing arm axle bolt - apply lots of grease, install the plastic grease caps and tighten that bolt when you are sitting on the bike. It makes sure the bush remains "unstressed" when in normal ride position.
It ensures long service life.
You can also do that on the sprocket carrier bearing boss. It takes a grease seal just for this purpose. Use a C3 clearance bearing in there as it takes a lot of shock everytime the throttle is opened, using a finer clearance may have a shorter life.
