Few parts after sand blasting, cleaning, chrome and galvanizing.

Superb. Got here by random visit and since two hour stayed on this thread.......... most amazing things are

1. You are true hobbyist
2. You have time and Money (Must have for hobbyist)
3. You are organised guy. Keep everything in order.

Questions
1. How do you get sand blasting and galvanizing?
2. Which acid did you use to remove rust ?
3. What profession are you in just asking

HCl to remove rust.(Rs. 10/bottle for toilet cleaning).

I have got the same rear view mirrors but the mirrors inside are broken .... My father and I have crashed a number of times damaging one part or the other ... but still i am preserving 'em ...

At the time of dis-assembling (body/frame),the engine was washed and stored some where in march 2012.

Hand made seat strap parts.
Cardboard jig,
And after that 18 gauge steel sheet,
Cutting, filing and painting.

Not satisfied with the seat strap parts, so an other try.
Previous jig was manually made.
Now in corel draw.
This may look better.
