Trying to redline a toyota 4k is like asking a pig to sing.
Its an ohv oldschool non crossflow cylinder head, its a slugger engine that likes to live at lower rpm and when in right tune and upkeep would run for an eternity, these engines hated to be run on bad tune or dead cold or with the wrong oil filter too.
If you are thinking its as powerful as a modern corolla 1.3 then you will be very disappointed.
