How are u doing sir. I've read many of ur posts on PW giving suggestions and comments on various topics. I don't know exactly what u do as I have never come acrossed u but I'm pretty sure that u will b able to shed some light on what I'm abt to ask.
I'm looking for a diesel vehicle which can give good mileage and which is easily maintainable. Since mileage mostly(as one of the major factors) depends on cars power to weight ratio , I'm looking for a hatchback. The first thing came to my mind was charade diesel. I don't know much about the car but that's the only hatchback with stock diesel engine apart from fiat uno if I'm not wrong. Ppl drive diesel in UK as well including vw which is. Very efficient car. Rest sedans as in 2.0 D etc are heavy vehicles which I'm not after. Light body and powerful engine will give the best package
So my question is.. which car Shud be bought keeping in mind the above mentioned factors? First.
Second, if there isn't any available in hatchback, what suggestions u can give ? Shud swapping be the option, if yes, than from which and why?
Third, which is the most economical diesel engine as in mileage and which is easily available also?
4th, buying a car and putting a diesel engine can also be an option, so which is that car that can be bought and what engine can be installed in it?
