Ke70 engine swap

Hi Anyone,

I have a ke70 (81) model and i want to do an engine swap,now as you know 4a-ge,3sgte,ca18,sr20,1jz or 2jz are not cheap and as much as i would like to buy one from the local engine markets i'm afraid of not getting a good engine and wasting my savings.I would like to import an engine but i think that will cost me as much or even more so my question is are there any other rwd engine's in Pakistan that produce a good output can be used for fun and economical also is 1zz a good option i'm new into engine swaps and this is my first project car.

Toyota 3sge Beams powered ke70 with shaved bay at Dmotorsports(Isb)

Dear pakwheelers, We've successfully swapped a ke70 in Islamabad at dmotorsports. It had a 1c diesel engine earlier.. The car owner decided to use beams on 2c long ratio tranny and it fitted bolt to bolt... Since it was the red top third gen beams so we had to customize the intake manifold completely and then cais was installed.. We did 4-1 Headers and then 2.25 downpipe. Cross member was end based and was upgraded to its own manual steering on cross member from body based end system... …

If you can import an engine, get a 4agze early gen and a standalone ecu.
Put a turbo on as engine is already manufacture to handle boost. Get a T50 gearbox and ae86 differential (an expensive item but worth), then you don't have to worry about shaft to wheel ratio. Swap it in ae70 chassis. Adjustments of mounts and it sit right in.
Then you have hard time keeping the car go straight on road
