Can anybody tell me what us kenchi and boigen in suspension work?Suspension wala says these two things need to be changed along with Tyre rod.Please suggest me for taking decision.
If you are in Karachi get your car inspected from Abdul Hameed and Son's near saeed manzil Contact no. +923002116069.Sir Xulfiqar used to recommend that guy for suspension problem's.
As for tie rod's you can get outer one's for about 550/-RS and inner one's for 1200/-RS brand new of 555 Japan.
Kenchi is the 'control arm' with 2 sides fixed with chasis and the third corner joint with wheel hub/area...this place containt a 'ball joint' or bogent as said by these mechanics...this ball joint actually takes alot of beating with the movement of suspension. So in short, ball joint is a part of kenchi

Abid broThnx fr the explanation.I remember Firstly he said to change bogent only then he said bhai aap kenchi change karwalein dono fronts ki. 3500/- tk miljaegi Japanese. Local OK brand ki 2000/- 1 year chalagi.
Kenchi doesn't need replacement until its cracked or broken. Ball joint will be easily pressed in the kenchi and its a zero technical work for suspension walas. Your total expense will be of under 2k of ball joint pressing, change of brand new bushes at other 2 ends
What about tie rod
Tie rod is a part of steering assembly (in lay mans words)...all suzukis have same tie rods...cultus, liana, margalla etc...i recently had my cultus's tie rods repaired, and my liana's changed with a jdm wagonR's
