I am selling1 kanal residential plot in DHA CITY. The plot is in the Retired army officers category (discounted), and installment payment schedule is as per retired army officers category. total payable amount to dha in 10 year easy quaterly installment plan is 1015000 . im askin 6.50 lac (Profit) in cash for the transfer in buyers name . hence The total amount payable by the buyer will be 1665000 eventually against the plot at the end of the installments..(650000 as profit to me+ 1015000 the actual cost of the plot.
Same 1 kanal plot in civilian and other categories costs the owners 1915000 also payable in 10 years installments the installments however are double the amount. .. so basically this deal saves you around 3 -4 lac
Im being offered 5.65 lac by the dealers but looking to get a direct buyer so that we both benefit from the deal as im sure the dealers would eventualy sale it at a higher price to a geniuine buyer.
