Khi to Lahore

have to travel to lahore from khi on Monday 26th dec, travelling with family. cant leave early as got some work so will be leaving karachi by 12 noon to 1 pm. wanted to know from someone who has traveled recently that how is the road condition now a days and will it be safe to travel to rahim yar khan as will be travelling in sindh late which generally perceived not safe by majority. if travelling with minimal stops by when should reach rahim yar khan for overnight stay n then proceed the coming day.

If you start your journey at 12 noon from Karachi, then according to my calculations driving at 90 km/h, you should reach RYK in 7 to 7.s hrs and with minimal breaks make it 8 hrs.

It depend on road condition. How many u will ke break during this period. Tarafic on road. Which wehicle u will travel. Night traveling in sindh is as safe as in Punjab. I traveled many time in past even when rangers was on road to protect. Now situation have been improved as law and order is concerned. Mishap can be any where even in Karachi. Once I travelled non stoped from thokhar Niaz Baig to Karachi 16 hours by cultus. All travelling was night.
