Zabardast, just on right time as i am also planning road trip from Karachi to Khunjrab around mid July and your info will really help providing latest updates.. I plan to go via Naran.. can you please answer few questions below to help in my preparation;

What are the options for a night stay in Sost on return from Khunjrab, is weather in nights alright for Kids and are there good hotel options?

Is there any other good point/places we can add around Hunza in addition to what you have mentioned?

Did you use your own camp or there are camps available for night stay and how are those for family?

I think you transported your car back to Karachi via car carrier, how was that experience and if you can please share cost, point of loading, procedure, transit time etc..?

Ans: You can stay in hotels at sost weather will be fine hopefully but in my personal choice passu is batter place then sost and you can also stay there in hotels weather will be good in passu for everyone....I don't know about the quality of hotels sorry for it.

Is there any other good point/places we can add around Hunza in addition to what you have mentioned?

Ans: Yes you can add hoper glacier ....and there must be more points which I might not aware

Did you use your own camp or there are camps available for night stay and how are those for family?

At 1st we asked for place to pitched our own camps they charging 500 rupees to give us space at there campsite but after survey of there camps we decide to rent a camp which cost 1200 for night include electric facility beds and blankets capacity of that camp 6 persons ..Wash room wash separate in the ground of campsite which was also quite reasonable in term of clean

Ans: Yes we transport our car by carrier Isb to Karachi Rs 6000 from taxila road Islamabad
Procedure is simple carry your CNIC copy and Car Book Copy
3 to 4 days took for transit

Ans: What I say about it hotels are fine and reasonable all the way only Duicar, Eagles Nest is expensive option but i think you will find reasonable one by search as there were many hotels
