If your car is not on your name you must need an authority letter remaining you can ask with them on phone call and you have to pick your car at their premises and if you want they can deliver it at your door step but they will charge 1000 rupees extra for this service

They give you their receipt and for the premises you should call them I did not received or booked the car these things done by my friend who was the owner of car.
