Khyber 1999 - Engine Heating Up with A/C

Hi, I have Khyber 1999. When I turn on AC, temperature gauge goes up fastly. I get cleaned radiator, and tunning but not helpful. Mechanic confirms heads seal is fine.....please suggest possible issue?

Is the cooling fan working properly?Is coolant reducing.If the gauge stays at middle then it's fine.

Get both the thermostat valve and water pump inspected, and if necessary replace them. Also, if you're using water, put coolant instead.

Talha bhie, although water flow can be seen from radiator, however i get double checked from mechanic about water pump....

Use of OEM radiator cap makes a lot of difference.

older model had serpentine flow condensers.. and it tends to rise temp of engine when AC turn on.. plz check.. try to add multiflow condenser in it

brother check your thermostat valve. please ensure that radiator fan works in automatic configuration. Also your thermostat valve should be ok. in khyber usually radiator fan runs when the AC is turned on which is ok.

u got to have coolant in the radiator.

also check if the AC bearing and compressor are good and are not causing extra load on the engine.

serpentine or multiflow condensor is not directly related to engine heatup but can be one of the reasons.

do share pics of the setup. also ensure that AC thermostat is ok and have enough gas in it.

sometimes AC compressor needs its specific oil topup to run smoothly. AC guys can guide you on that too.
