Khyber 97 Tax payment from 2001 to 2019

Hello everyone,
I am going to buy 97 khyber. Car was registered in 2001 and tax is paid till 2001. Car was issued on bank name and still didn't transferred to any owner. How much will be the total penalty including all taxes till 2019? One agent is saying you have to pay total 25000 for tax and transfer fees.
Cn anyone has same experience, plz share your valid experiences or knowledge about this matter.

It will be Lifetime token tax then. No information is given on sindh excise website.

2001 regn without tax payment till 2019 ..wow how to stay invisible skip road side checks for so long.

The vehicle documentation need to be surgically verified before any expense.

if the vehicle was leased from Bank, it is NOT-possible to transfer it without clearance from Bank.
If there are any amount(s) - yes AMOUNTS actual installment plus the penalties - out standing towards bank that shall be cleared before applying for NOC / transfer.

bank will not issue NOC & Transfer letter to anybody but the person whose cnic / documentation is used for lease.

Yes @capsat bhai 100% right.

But I guess he is involving an agent in this matter. And agents sometimes come up with surprising jugar and ideas. you never know.

agents can provide fake documents and later identify the vehicle for bank as missing against some rewards.

i would suggest the member to reach out with the seller to the concern bank and sort it out.
even if the vehicle is available for price of Bicycle exercise extreme caution @omersiddiqui5482 was also about to fall trap in such a deal some 3 weeks earlier.

Bhai there is something wrong with the vehicle in concern, no one can hide Khyber which has 18 years of unpaid Tax. must be your hard earned money why waste it on something that can cause legal trouble for you.

I was also going to buy a Charade 84 which was tax paid and Registered on the owner's name, but had it VIN Plate missing and one of the number plates was missing, although was getting it dirt cheap like 55000 but Pakwheelers guided me to stay away.
