I keep Sherry boots and use them after Nippon boots are torn.

My car height is increased by 1-2 inches than original height, so CV joints do not stay in line with axle rod that causes additional wear on CV joints and its boots.

Do you get your front suspension oiled after car service? I do not do that, as they are said to lower life of bushings, boots, and under-body.

From where do you get suspension work done btw?

No, I usually don't take my car to service station. I detail it at home and if the under carriage is too dirty then I take it to service station just to get the under carriage washed but no oil spray.
For suspension work, I visit Akbar Market. It's near Marheer Chowk Rawalpindi.

this post was really interesting... if we are ever buying a new product for our car we should opt for chinese rather than qabli because you never know if the qabli may be repaired... and repaired things never last longer than a new thing specially for a suspension item as the weight of the car is relying on it... i have used SHERRY Joint in my Corolla Se/Saloon for the last 3 years and it has been working really good for me. the mechanic told me this cv joint is reliable... so far going really good...

Sherry kya hai? Agar aap ko peace of mind chahye tou japani new axle le len outers only of NKN brand. But wo fit jab he ayen ge jab aap ki rods original khyber ki hon.

I got them from G-10, Islamabad for ~Rs. 2500/- pair. They are very reliable, but just make sure to inspect axle on weekly basis and replace axle boots as soon as you wrinkles/minor cracks on them while stretched (when wheel are turned) and always use 90gm CVJ grease in them. You will get grease with new CVJ so use that.

Sherry axle kit with Nippon axle boots is best combination for 2-3 years. Always get Nippon Axle boots.

I don't know about Karachi, but contact here 03002116069, IIRC It's Afzal from Hameed and Sons in Karachi, recommended suspension shop by many Pakwheelers. Visit them and they will guide you best.

The key to long lasting axles is, replacing axle boots at the point when they are about to tear, i.e when they have wrinkles/cracks upon stretching (when wheels are turned).

These axle boots on smaller cars work perfectly for 6 months and then between 8-12 months, they break. So the best thing is to replace them every six months as preventative measure. Axle issues right after once axle boot is torn. So best is to replace it before it's torn
