Khyber Carburetor in Cultus

AOA all members of Pak wheels, I have bought a Cultus 2006 model. It is not giving me good average, I also own a khyber which gives better average. I know non efi cultus had problems with Carb. Can I replace the cultus Carb with Khyber's Carb for better average?

Brother the average is really bad, 8 in city and 10 on long. And my khyber gives 11 in city and 13 on long. The difference is a lot and I have to daily drive cultus. So you think carb changing is good, please guide me

Check your cultus carburetor. Might had gone through some desi mechanics.
No need to change. It' can return better mileage if properly tuned.

Between does the car got thermostat? fan is direct or auto?

I had a cultus 2001 carby. Use to give me 12 easily in Pindi Islamabad and had few trips to Lahore on M2 at 100 KMPH and avg was 16 KMPL. Cultus even carby known for nice fuel average.

Due to non-availability of parts for Khyber, people are opting Cultus Carburettor for Khyber as it is easily available at 3S too and you are doing opposite to it?

Anyways, when i had 2000 Cultus, it used to give 12 but when i installed after market CNG, then on cng, average was Good on CNG but on petrol, it was reduced to 9.5 to 10

On my recent trip from karachi to Islamabad i got average fuel consumption of 18-18.5kmpl, same cultus carburetor running on 5w30.
Speed on motorway and highway was 110-115.
2 persons and back seats and diggi full of saman.

Yeah My khyber gives better average than my cultus. I have another orignal carburetor of khyber, I am thinking to change it with the cultus's one

Go to Badar Engineering Works in Chah Sultan. They will fix your carburetor issue.

Isn't changing the carburetor better solution as I have tried replacing jets and butterflies carb

In my opinion, changing Carb. should be the last option, better don't do this

You have the wrong kind of person trying to setup your carb.

Carbs can be retuned for proper air fuel ratio so try that first. If the carb is damaged beyond the point of repair then try getting a new one

Meri cultus 2003 model just 11 kmph avrge de rhi heh engine margala ka laga heh fuel avrge kese barhai ja skti heh

Adjust the carb, install genuine jets, must check the slow jet, use 5w-30 oil, fan auto, drive on light foot
