Khyber Engine Overhaul in Karachi?

Hey guys I have some questions to ask, Answers will be well appriciated.

1: recently i'm having heat up issues with my car which is khyber 1992,its radiator also throws the water outside, My Mechanic said that the gasket is burned, and head gasket is melted, So he wanted me to repair the head gasket and replace gasket, But i want to know the exact problem why is my car is heating up, I've changed gasket 3 times now from last 2 months, signs of OIL leak are also present in RADIATOR !

2: I was also thinking about complete overhaul of my car's engine, So SOMEONE please mention the best place to get my engine rebuild in KARACHI ?

3: If i go for complete engine OVERHAUL, which it solve my car's heatup ISSUES ?

4: Suggest a Good and Reliable mechanic or workshop In Karachi where i can get my engine rebuild (IF IT IS GONNA SOLVE THE HEAT-UP ISSUE)

Someone Please suggest me the best option to go for ASAP, cause I'm in a hurry!!

If you have some kind of pressure in your radiator then surely it is head gasket blown problem.As far as your question about overhaul, i recommend it only if you have weak engine otherwise just inspect your cylinder head and then repair accordingly.

Sir Ji yaa tou aap ki driving style teekh nahi, ya phir aap ki Head problem hey, us may pani circulate nahi ho rahaa........uss ki naallaiyan bund hain. App engine pura over haual kurwain, our head check karrain wo teekh ho sakta hey tu teekh nahi tu naya Head lain, otherwise heating problem rahy gi our jub jub car heatup ho gi gas kit damage ho gi, our readiteor may pani bhi uper uchley ga our oil and water mix ho ga. Jo engine ko furter damage kury ga. Karachi ka mujhy idea nahi but Shair Shah may bohat hain kindly check it.

Discuss it with the mechanic, show your car to him so that you could be aware of what kind of job will be required on engine and what could be the effecient and cost effective solution.

What do you mean by "pressure in radiator"?
I think radiator always has pressure, if it is hot.

best place is a suzuki dealer if you can afford it

seems that your head is warped or the threads in the block are not good - its very simple to work on this engine, take the head off and have it tested at a machine shop - they should test for leaks, if the lines are corroded (usually due to owner pouring straight water instead of coolant) the head would need replacing

i have seen this post in dec-11. now what's the position of your car ? . I also agree that u should consult a mechanic and got inspection of head. it might be damaged and causing the problem.
