Khyber missing problem

Aoa.i have suzuki khyber only petrol no CNG and carburetor is serviced some 6 months ago, now car does missinh when its hot optimal temp...adjusted several time its air fuel mixture but the problem is still here, what would be the issue?
Plugs have been checked and cleaned a week ago it had no excess amount of carbon deposit..plug wires checked..fiel filter changed...timing is a little advanced...
Every time i rev it while idling it has some lag of a couple of seconds after that it starts responding like some air or vacum is here
What should i do? Only air fuel mixture will sort problem or i have to service carburetor??

there's plunger valve inside the carburetor that sprays the fuel when accelerator is pressed. If it's worn out car does the same thing. Get it checked or replace if needed. You can buy new from market.

Can we only get a plunger valve from the market or do we have to buy the whole carburettor rebuild kit which includes the plunger?

Yes you can get only plunger valve. And it's cheap.

I faced similar issue. Also make sure the fuel level is ok in carburetor its not over flooding and float valve is working properly.

Thanks..can you plz tell me whats the desi name of plunger valve? So i cant tell the mechanic or spare parts shop

No i want to guide the mechanic to just change this specific thing in the carburetor thats why i asked u about its desi name...they will mingle 100 things together in carburetor but my problem will still be there...i am fedup of these people
So thats why asked u if u know its desi name?....

You should buy it yourself from market and just ask mechanic to install it.

They call it carburetor pump but tht may not be an issue. Tht causes starting issues as well.

Just remove air filter box get a flash light see inside from top and give accelerator while engine switched off. If u see petrol spray it's fine.

Also check what I told u above. Float level issues causes this as well.

Petrol spray is fine i guess the problem i am facing is so strange..i now believe its only due to plunger valve because i have servicwd carburetor many times in couple of years but this strange problem is still everytime it comes after some days of carburetor service...
Whenever i press pedal or i press it hard during idling it kicks in after a lag...in hill climb everytime my car looses power if i stop on a slope and then try to move it would fail many times just due to that lag that it pick up accelerator after a lag of some seconds which badly affect its initial torque

Any further things i can do? Because it fails in initial torque
Rest on motorways it can easily reach upto 160 effortless
But initial torque in hilly area its a problem for me
As my job placement is in upper dir area of kpk
So has to deal with slopes etc
I am fedup of its initial torque issue u need to maintain its momentum otherwise its difficult to move it after a stop on slope due to this shity lag issue...
I guess you can get my point what am i saying?
Car engine is recently rebuilt some 10k km driven
Only carburetor problem is here which is dissapointing

If you are loose power on slopes then as @Vaqas1 sir said, wrong adjustment of float valve can cause it.
Sorry couldn't find a picture of khyber plunger valve.

suzuki OEM carburetor repair kits are available at any 3S dealer or from open market. Ask for Bolan / Ravi carb repair kit.

Float valve adjustment needs carburetor opening? Or it can be done while assembled?

You have to open the upper portion of carburetor.

There is a glass on side of carb not sure about Khayber but cultus has a glass to see level with a level indicator as well.

I faced same issue 1st I thought these are plug wires. Replaced them still the same. Than I checked plunger that was also fine. The petrol level was a bit high in carb, adjusted the float and this vanished but came back after float valve again not controlling petrol level and over flooding the carb.

If level is ok I noticed everything normalises.
