Warna aap ki gari ka engine jaldi hi dubara kharab ho jay ga.
Thermostat valve or Radiator fan k baray me pakwheels per search karein.

Is Theromstat valve ka naam bahut suna hai lekin kabhi dekha nahi.

The purpose of thermostat valve is simple. It is there to stop the flow of coolant through radiator just to reach/maintain the optimum engine temperature. Once that temperature is reached it opens up and allows the water to flow freely. Then radiator fan is there to keep it within the range.
But these mechanic's ughhhhhh... Kuch nahi ho sakta inn ka.

Thermostat valve can cause the engine to overheat if it remains closed. Could happen due to using normal water in radiator. If used with proper coolant then there are very less chances of thermostat valve failure.
Other possibilities are radiator blockage, water pump failure, metal pipes inner diameter decrease with rust/scale(due to using plain water).
It's location is different in different engine's. Depends on which engine you are looking at....
It's working can only be verified by taking it out of system and put it in water then heat that and note temperature at which it starts to open. Suppose a thermostat valve is rated at 82 Degree Centigrade it will start to open at +-2 degree if it's working properly.

Pta nahi abhi tak aap kay mechanic ne Thermostat valve ko hath kyun nahi lagaya warna yahan to mechanic sbb se pehlay Thermostat hi nikaltay hain.
Water pump bhi same jaisay metal pipes me scaling ho jati ha waisay hi iss k blades pe bhi scaling/rust lgg jata ha aur water pump ki efficiency kam ho jati ha.
Agar to system me proper coolant istemal kiya gya ho to ye sbb karnay ki naubat hi nahi aati aur kafi time tension free guzar jata ha.

Is the front camber made adjustable in your car?
Actually i got the lower control arm's changed with some local HTP brand some time ago in start everything was fine but now the camber on front wheel's have gone negative As soon as someone sits on front seat it gets negative. Due to which tyres have started to wear more from inside.
Previously 555 japan lower control arm's were installed and camber was perfect slightly positive without load.
Mechanic was of the view that we should machine the bolts that connect knuckle to shock to make the camber adjustable as from factory it's camber is fixed.
I haven't let the mechanic touch those bolts but i am looking for other possible solutions!
I think so that by machining that bolt will lose it's rigidity.

I have also installed local control arms with the name AFCO and I am not facing any camber issues.
I think the alignment shop can help you in this regard as it is their daily work. But consult a few before making some decision.

Today i went to 3 most famous Alignment shop's and discussed the matter with them in detail all 3 said to get the bolts machined. Even one was having some of machined bolts with him.
I said ok go ahead and fix these but then this happened

Machined bolt is at left side and stock is at right side you can check how the bolt on left got stretched while tightening.
Got stock bolts installed back and came home......

I do not completely understand the problem here.
You mean to say that the camber is no more adjustable in your car? Is it fixed?
How these local control arms make it nonadjustable?

using machined bolts only provide temporary solution, the camber gets disturbed after passing through pot holes at high speed. Either get the camber adjustment made but widening the bolt hole on the shock or get it adjusted through attaching the camber adjustment press on the shock.

i recommend widening the bolt hole on shock, as these presses are notorious for bending the shock shaft.

Camber in Khyber is fixed from factory it is not adjustable alignment shop's use machined bolts at where shock is connected to knuckle to make it adjustable(jugaar).
Sir Xulfiqar said in some Khyber thread that if camber or caster angle gets disturbed in Khyber the only way to deal with that would be to replace damaged part's.
Will consult with some denters to check if the lower body is in place if it is.
Then i will change the lower control arm's with some better quality one's.
Because this all started after changing the lower control arm's to local one's.
