No brother this consumption was 1 year ago when gasket was changed due to overheat by my driver
latest consumption before my car accident was 1 liter after 500km i know its too much but my daily milage is 55km and after 10 days the dipstick shows from upper hole to lower hole resulting in 1 litre oil loss plus engine gives hell of a blue smoke at cold start.
The logic of changing sleves according to mechanic is that it will start consuming more petrol resulting in bad milage.
What is your recommendation about kabuli assembly from mithu khan it was costing 47k last time i visited month ago maybe my mechanic negociate it to 40 42...

Instead of getting the sleeves installed get bigger pistons 1.00 most probably. Because sleeves aren't installed properly here in Pakistan which will result in poor performance and efficiency of engine.
If you get the engine overhauled completely it would cost you max 45-48k and it would serve you for a long time if you will take care of engine properly.
I have shared all the part's price's in this thread as I overhauled my Khyber engine a week ago Price's for Cultus would also be the same except some minor stuff.
Regarding the used assembly you never know what's inside that. That's a pure gamble.

Brother As i have currently 0.50 bore and 0.25 crank i should go for 0.75 bore 0.50 pistons instead of 1 as you mentioned!
Secondly my mechanic is giving me a bughet of 30 to 35k for full overhaul includings oil and other things
Saw your list it includes many things which i have installed already like clutch plates full set a year ago etc
This time will be 3rd overhaul can a good japan assembly be more good?

If 0.75 pistons are available then for sure go for 0.75 bore.
Use all Japanese part's and set the engine correctly to factory specifications. Install Thermostat valve use good quality Coolant use manufacturer recommended oil.
The engine would be much better than what's available in Junkyard either from local cultus or some other imported engine. If overhauled properly.

When i started using pw my engine was already beaten up by my father's driver then after that mostly i started to maintain it to stock specification...

You don't need to add sleeves, just bigger pistons will work. Go for a complete overhaul.

For gear humming noise, just live with it. There is no need to swap a working part with another one for a minor noise that is insignificant and does not affect functionality.

I am using 1.00 pistons in my Khyber and the fuel consumption is same as it was on standard pistons.
The difference in fuel economy (if any) is negligible.

Pistons and rings are available in 0.75 size, but whether you should go for 0.75 or 1.00 size depends on the wear/damage of cylinder walls.

brother tomorrow IA engine will be started overhaul i will be going for 0.75 or 1.0 size pistons against my mechanic as he is saying it will effect the fuel consumption i will follow the list of hassan tahir for parts
will supply the parts and will give the head and other things to kharadia only not be able to see the work on overhaul only the starting of engine.
any other advice?

I don't know why your mechanic is so eager to ruin the cylinder block by putting sleeves in it when the current bore is 0.50. I am using 1.00 size pistons in my Khyber and last night when I was getting its CNG cylinder filled, I checked that it traveled 207 Kms (local) in one cylinder (50L) and there was still some CNG left in it. It used to do the same when it had standard pistons.
Ask him to clean the engine thoroughly. Buy him cleaning cloths. All the galleries must be super clean before reassembling. .

Tell kharadiya to be careful about the valve lifters if you will be using same old one's again.
Tell him to put back the lifter to same bore from where it came out otherwise these lifters will start making noise if inserted into other bore. As Cultus has hydraulic valve lifters so use 10W-40 oil at max do not use any thicker oil than that.
Don't worry about fuel average it would be more or less the same. My Khyber had stock 0 pistons and now i have bored the cylinders to 0.50 size and it used to give me 17-18 kmpl (petrol) without AC on long routes before overhaul and it is still the same after overhaul.

Cultus carby G10 engine don't need high ZDDP oil due to hydraulic lifters so you can choose any 10W-40 oil.
I would personally prefer ZIC X7 10W-40 i have been using that in my Cultus from some time and i am satisfied with that. Through a reliable source though (from official ZIC website OR some big reputed store like Metro).
But for break-in period use SGO Premium mineral oil.
