Sadly im facing 1mm oil decrease in my dip stick after 50kms in my new kabuli engine
I used caltex havoline 10w40 3.5 litre after 300kms its about 3-4mm down from the upper level hole
No blue or white smoke even on full acceleration.
Will talk to my mechanic tomorrow about it
Warranty of one month was given staring from 1st feb but now again all the engine assembly would be changed would be a headache and labour cost again

Get the PCV checked first...
Actually that's the main reason we were preferring a properly overhauled engine over a kabli engine...
Who knows how many miles are on that engine and how that was used...

Check pcv valve when pcv is bad car doesnt smoke on even high revs yet car burns oil underload which one doesnt notice in day to day driving

Yes take it for a long drive atleast 200kms on motorway at speeds 100-120km/h then check if it reduces oil.

Pcv valve was changed about 8 months back in my old engine it was used in this engine too i bought it for 900rs original genuine of margalla/cultus was written from pk autos rwp i also check it tomorrow....
My father wanted me to go for kabuli engine in mint condition thats why i opted for it in the best possible way i could

Make sure rubber pipes over it arent rotten (hard) otherwise pcv valve wont work even after being good

Perfect. SEIWA and YEC are good brands in new stuff.

You can replace distributor rotor also, it costs 150-200 and brand is YEC and it takes 1 minute to install. These are commonly wear and tear parts.

In this way, most common wear and tear ignition related items will be new.

Missing is mostly spark plugs, plug wires, valve clearance (tuning) and distributor related issue. Ignition coil rarely fails or stops working.

Install a relay on ignition coil. Overall such stuff will bring improvement in fuel efficiency, responsiveness and should resolve your missing issue.

There is guarantee of kabuli engine, communicate with seller.

But new is new, new engine or overhauled is long term peace of mind, as you know it's maintenance history and routine and confident that all parts are new and less chances of issues and you can actually trust your car.

There is a reason why something is thrown into junkyard.

Bro if the engine wala gives me ring work free of cost for this oil consumption which according to me is about 1 litre or more in 3000kms or should i change the engine? Most people are saying that kabuli engine ko 6 month bad ringain change krne prte hain etc etc

No brother if engine is perfect then why change the rings. He gave you engine in less price but engine was not perfect. They know what is good and what is bad. Better ask him to change the engine.

42k isnt that cheap for cultus assembly this assembly is reducing engine oil thats why im thinking to chabge it
