Ohh nice 4 to 5 year ago my dash was also removed for ac water leak my father paidhim 3k for repair with magic and fitting of the dash so i thought that 3k for removal of dash and wiring and fitting of it including servicing of heater should be fine but he should have told that before now i dont know how he did that maybe my core was faulty too i was giving hot air after 10 min of engine running in the morning and removing the dirt in the ac vent pipes also....

Engine started yesterday it was making tappet noise in the first start but disappeared after 30mins
Pick is improved like 19 20 ka faraq
No blue or white or any smoke
Will check the engine oil daily
Gear shifting is smooth dont why goonj is still there used kixx gear oil thus time
No water reduction
Any other recommendation for this new assembly
Soumd of engine is also good only there is some vibration in the steering which was also present before
One of my tyre got teraa during accident will visit babu mohalla for repair most probly the spindal as told by mechanic

Which engine oil did you use? Don’t use 20W50 in it. Use 10W30 in it.

Havoline 10w 40 for first oil change at 1000km

Okay thats good then keep using it. Change it 3000km intervals. Ensure thermostat is installed and fan is auto temp needle stays in middle.

All good to go just noticing some 19 20 oil consumption in the last few days maybe due to some other coincidence lets wait for another 7 days to confirm

Yea you have warranty for it. Drive it properly and check if engine has signs of weakness like giving smoke at cold starts and smoking at high rpms.

The jerks in 1st and 2nd gear seems electrical problem. This happened with my car some years ago. I got the CNG kit serviced but the problem persisted. Changed the plug wires but still problem was not resolved. Finally changed the distributor cap and issue resolved. So start with distributor cap, it is not costly.

Start diagnosis in reverse order of ignition system from spark plug, plug wires, distributor, distributor cap, rotor, ignitor wire and ignition coil. Whole testing will take 15 minutes maximum.

Additionally, install a relay on ignition coil. It's going to make it better overall aside from this issue.

For now, with engine running in complete dark, spray some water on plug wires, distributor, distributor cap, ignition coil (a little bit). Use water sprayer and don't throw a bucket of water. Lol. Do you see any small sparks anywhere?

What engine mounts and torque mounts are you using?

Getting Sikka main mounts and torque mounts are PGR as Sikka is not available. Trusted seller said they are best. Are they acceptable?

Front and rear Engine mounts and main gearbox mount are from sikka.
The gear box torque rod's are of some unknown brand (desi) the one on timing belt side is from RGR.
In some thread KS brand engine mounts were mentioned they come with 6 month warranty but i am unable to find them..
