Major thing that counts in good AC performance is a proper deep vacuum (that proper vacuum can't be achieved by that fridge or some AC compressor there is a proper vacuum pump available for that), proper oil quantity, recommended oil (different oil's shouldn't be mixed), and proper gas quantity and quality.
Then comes condenser heat exchanging abilities, condenser fan speed, compressor health, OE designated Expansion valve for the evaporator (if the expansion valve doesn't match the requirements of evaporator then cooling is also effected)...
If all these steps are done carefully and other thing's are in proper working order only then the AC will be chilling. Otherwise as i told you earlier it is useless to expect this chill type of cooling from the systems repaired by our hathora (hammer) mechanic's.. They just do all their work on hit and trial basis.
