I put it in my cultus. But it is very think and dont protect dashboard from heat very well. It needs some foam type insulation under it.

That means they are not worth it...

Ma aj nikla clg se dhop ma gare the nikala our ac on kiya 15 min tk sahi cooling nahi kr ra tha us kay bad bhi bhut he thore se cool air the our jese he gare rukti the compressor garam hawa chor ra tha mene conpressor dekhaya bakar bhai ne bola is ka high end pressure high ho jata hai temperature high ho jab jo kay nhi hona chaeya compressor tarr tarr awaz bhi nikal ra tha ab wo keh re hain ye compressor weak hai our ab mujy bol re hain ap rwp jao sultan kay kho glass factory chowk se compressor apni marze ka change krwao wo kgud bhi bat kr lain gay kabariya se wo wapas gas khud dal dein gay likin phir compressor weak hua tu ap ki qismat like wtf jab ma kam karwana aya tu mujy bola darmiyan ma hamare compressor kharab bhi nikalte hain tu ham change krwate hain ab sare khajal khaware mera pe dal re hain our us kay bad ma janu our mera compressor jane....mera bhut bura experience hua like my 16 year old compressor sahi service our gas kay bad 10x tines is se behtar kam kr ra tha
Now i have 2 options
1.Ya tu compressor in ki kahe hoi jaga se le kr in ko don our ye gas dalain
2.Ya ma 7kcompressor +1.5k gas kay charges wapas le lon our kahe our se kam krwa lo....
Now i need a sincere advise kay kya krna cheya
Mera mamu kay dost ki shop hai sultan kay kho ma jin se mene in se pehla kam krwaya tha un se soch ra hon compressor le kr gas dalwa lon.
Damagh kharab kar dia inho ne itne behas ki likin ab tu kam krwaya leya hai kya kr skta ho...

Now this depends on the condition of system if the compressor has thrown some metal debris into the condenser then you will also need to change the condenser as these Multiflow condensers can't be flushed properly and that may cause problems with the other new compressor.
You need some sensible AC guy now.
You will have to get the complete system opened and flush it with some flushing agent properly pour in recommended oil in recommended quantity (that step is really critical) here our technicians pour either less or more than recommended oil and that also leads to premature wear of compressor...

Ho sakta ha aap ko abb condenser bhi change karwana paray agar to puranay compressor ne uss me metal particles throw krr diye hain weak honay ki waja se. Multiflow condenser ko flush nahi kiya ja sakta aur agar aik dafa inn me metal debris chali jay to ye kharab hi samjhein balkay agar aap ussi condenser k sath new compressor bhi lagaien gy to wo phir kharab honay ka chance hota ha...
Baki bhai ye bhi ho sakta ha k kahi system me hi koi blockage wagaira ho agar system me blockage ho to bhi high head pressure ki problem aa jati ha...

Regarding the compressor i would recommend you the Denso compressor which came with Cultus from factory performance wise that is better than Sanden compressor. But get the condenser checked carefully for any blockage or metal contamination first....

Baki abb ma kisi shop wagaira k baray me to nahi bta sakta kyun k mujhay kisi ka bhi nahi pta ISB/RWP me....

it was a hot day in rwo temp was about 38/39 degree n ac performance was good n felt good cool air but it was not chilling last day i increased it interval it trips after 35 seconds for 10 seconds tomorrow i will go for another check from ac mechanic i think there should b lil more gas in it but m lil confused because of over charge it will not work as it should b

Bhai take that pressure temperature chart with you (that i shared some post's above) to mechanic. Ask him politely to place a pedistal fan infront of car and connect both low and high side gauges and check both the pressures at idle and by increasing the engine RPM'S. Then proceed any further to conclusion that either more gas is required or not. Little less gas is better than overfilled gas.

Pehlay pressure idle pe dekhein aur iss k baad thori race de k check karein pressures. Phir hi kisi natejay pe pohnchein k has bharni ha ya nahi.. Zyada gas se behter ha k thori si kum hi ho zyada bhi ho gi to bhi cooling nahi ho gi..

Bhai compressor can throw metal debris in the system if it gets weak. But get it checked from that other shop you are telling about maybe they can give some solution to that problem..
Denso compressor can be fitted but that will require alteration of two pipes above the compressor only.. Just two welds and that's all that will hardly cost 300/-RS.
You will need complete system service just to get rid of all the old oil in pipes.
Checking old compressors is really tricky that all depends upon the honesty of the shop keeper... Yahan mainay aisay log bhi dekhay hain jo k weak compressor me STP ka thick oil daal detay hain aur wo jab check karwatay hain to wo bilkul theek pressure bnata ha lekin jab ussay use karaty hain to wo kuch hi dino me thuss ho jata ha..

Denso FF cultus compressor is very well built. It is piston based. Try to find a used one in good condition from junkyard. And if ur current condenser is screwed up due to metal parts in it then get baleno multiflow condenser with its oiginal fan and enjoy rest of this summer.cheers​

Bhai condensor bhi kabuli lon with fan how much will it cost out of bughet these days our garmi zoron pe hai denso bhi 7k tak mil jaey ga kauli sanden ki tra paisa kam krva kr

Denso compressor kabli lo jo factory fitted ata hai cultus main. Aor condenser bhi kabli baleno ka. Us ki high side ka pipe compressor se condenser tak change ho ga bas.

You will have to get complete service in both case's.. Just for the sake of adding oil correctly.
Denso compressor for Cultus / Khyber is same it might cost you 6000-6500/- for a good one.. The scroll compressors are available for as low as 2500/- in market but my experience with scroll compressor designed for small car's isn't good and they also require alot of alterations...
My Cultus still has Sanden compressor with which it rolled out of factory performing satisfactory.
I have got compressor changed in my Khyber 3 time's due to my negligence.
First time i got the same Denso 10P08e piston compressor brand new in 2008 for about 18 thousand i guess can't remember exact price now... Then got a kabli used Denso SCA06E AKA duet compressor which is scroll type in 2015 for about 3500/-RS. That worked only for one year i guess then mechanic fitted in Mitsubishi mini pajero compressor that is also scroll type and i bought it for 4200/- but cooling of that is nowhere near to the Denso piston compressor that i had...

Oil saaf krne kay leya kis kis chez ki service hoti hai?

You will be able to find a small tin can of 300ml ND-8 oil that isn't expensive. First flush the compressor with that oil to clean it from inside and then flush the system (evaporator, piping, condenser) with flushing agent CTC small bottle's are available with AC shops for 50/-RS each you will need 3-4 bottle's at max.
Then the amount of oil will depend on the capacity of system it varies from system to system for sanden stock its about 105ml and for denso it's about 190ml i guess but that will depend upon the choice of condenser...

Ap kay khayal se denso lay lon? Our condensor baleno ka?
Ye kabuli chezain kis tra lon ac wala ko sath lay jao market ma ja kr lon phir? Mujy tu 7k ka deya tha compressor abu bakar ne shaid khud ja kr leta negociate kr kay 6k ka de deta....

So scrool ones are not good koi 1300cc wale gare ka nhi lg skta compressor? Abhi ap kon sa use kr rhay hain khyber ma compressor....

How much will that pipe cost? Also compressor and condensor if you know any market rate?

If the fitting at compressor is different then you can just get that fitting that fits the compressor and cut the old one from pipe and get new fitting welded on that same pipe. Not a big deal one weld here in FSD costs 50/-RS..
For condenser if that needs changing then try to find Multiflow condenser as stock one or that Baleno condenser also fits nicely in Cultus without alterations so you can get that also. Don't buy that sigleflow condenser.
Scroll compressors are just soso i will not recommend them and they also need alot of alterations in brackets and all that. At the moment Mitsubishi mini pajero compressor has been installed in my car it does work ok but due to alterations of compressor mount compressor hits the condenser and sometimes without any reason gas leaks out...

Baki aap ne jiss AC walay ka btaya uss ko bhi aik dafa check karwa lein aur uss se bhi ye batein puch lein to zyada behter ho jay ga. Kyun k garmi peak pe ha aur rates bhi peak pe hi chal rahay hon gy. So mashwara karna behter rahay ga unn se bhi..

How to dry the condenser and evaporator internally after CTC flushing? I mean how do we ensure that it's totally dry internally after flushing?

And approx how much ml ctc should be used for condenser and evaporator flushing?

I used about a glass of CTC each for condenser and evoporator, pumped by injection (using rubber pipe and seal to build some pressure) and then kept pumping compressed air for almost 30 minutes each and then installed the next day to ensure it was completely dry inside, because i was a worried about drying process.
