If it's building up high pressure, compressor is ok. Weak compressor does not build high pressure in most cases, unless some choking in system.

Get second opinion from two or three person and then decide.

Expansion valve and compressor issues are a bit hard to diagnose. Either of these have a problem.

At 3000rpm, if low pressure is lower and high pressure is higher than recommend value on chart, there could be system blockage and a simple flush might be more than adequate.

Bro, I got Baleno kabli multiflow condenser+fan in 5500Rs. I have FF denso system in my 2008 cultus. Just changed the codenser for experiment​

I have evaporator and condenser both multiflow, with new compressor. Cooling is like new car, but insulation is not very good, which i need to resolve soon.

Multi flow makes a huge difference, awesome cooling and less load on engine

And approx how much ml ctc should be used for condenser and evaporator flushing?

I used about a glass of CTC each for condenser and evoporator, pumped by injection (using rubber pipe and seal to build some pressure) and then kept pumping compressed air for almost 30 minutes each and then installed the next day to ensure it was completely dry inside, because i was a worried about drying process.

If the CTC is proper then it will evaporate quickly but your method of flushing is perfect. Flushing Multiflow condensers and evaporators is a bit difficult and they should be given some time to dry completely internally.

The quantity of CTC will depend on the system and deposits in the system.

I have evaporator and condenser both multiflow, with new compressor.

The Denso system of Cultus does come with a Multiflow evaporator but Sanden system has single flow evaporator.
Have kept a Cultus 2007 in past with FF Denso system that worked much better than Sanden system despite having a single flow condenser. The compressor and evaporator in Cultus FF Denso system are quite good. While in this FF Sanden unit only condenser is good..

Khyber, it's barely driven, so pulled an experiment and it went awesome, no major gas leaks at all even after two seasons. Just very small gas top up i have to do every one or two years.

It must be somewhere near 130-140 ml.

Thanks Hassan bhai, my AC tech poured some oil with Tukka . Next season I will drain the compressor and then use oil in right quantity.

I want to share something....
5 years back (i was 14 years old?) it was peak winter time i went to my village near chakwal with my family on my own cultus at that time car was overhauled in 2008 and after 5 year this event took place in the early morning i was going to buy eggs from the market so i was totally noob at cars so i tooks keys from father (sleeping at that time) tried to start the car covered with white type of thing which comes in winter and it wasnt starting as it was too cold temp was in - 2, 3 when it i took to to near shop 3 kms and it turned off many timesit was fully cold then i came back still behaving same in the evening it was working fine but when going back gare har 8-9kms bad band ho jati the our phir 2-3 min band kr kay phir start ho jati the engine is tra ho gya tha kay thore der bad vare race he nae utha re the gear ma jitna bhi accelerator de du our gear down karte karte gare ruk jati the ab mujy lg ra hai jo mene subah kiya tha use ki waja se ye hua what do you guys say?and yeah us kay bad gare full overhaul ho kr he chalna shoru hoi

You need to understand basics of AC.

At 2000-3000 rpms, both sides lower than recommended chart value, low refrigerant. Both sides higher than chart figure, over charged.

Always connect both gauges and note down value at 1500 rpm and also in between 2000-3000 rpm.

One gauge tells half story. And high side 35 is almost impossible, it must be low side.
