Need to brighten speedometer lights, with minimum alterations. Addition of high power leds instead of bulb will be good enough in my estimate. Meter is clean.

But too high power leds might melt due to excessive heat.

Suggest something.

How did you open it?

A little guide might help me.

Just take a photo and point out screws to open this, rest i will do myself.

Which leds you used for speedometer? Any basic led or some high power led?

No idea about what car condenser and evaporator were used. But it was not baleno one, it was a bit smaller.

I think the best way for alterations is to go to someone who has a lot of variety and then choose the one that is closest to original fit in size (especially in evaporator) and pipe fitting.

Condenser was fitted with rubber washers for some shock absorbing.

Evaporator alterations is a bit tricky, and i only recommend condenser changing to multiflow.

Few of my friends are using same setup.

Wait few days and check gas level at peak hours of hottest days and at full blower speed with front two doors open, with both gauges connected. Take photos of the gauge and note approx rpms reading.

Local ac people cannot properly charge gas when temperature is not so high. So it's best to get it filled at very hot day during peak hours.

Yeah, had to change it, but it was few years ago.

That could have happened due to oil starvation as i guess you were using 20W-50 oil and no thermostat valve for the cooling system. But can't say for sure there could be some other reason for that too.
