Bhai mere mano tu assembly dalwa lain... Mene assembky he dalwae hai cultus ma our zabardast chal re hai likin ap ko aik acha our expert mechanic le kr jao jo khared kr de mujy 42k ki mile cultus ki assembly uper 7 to 8k lage hain... Sleeves sahi nahi dalte pak ma...
Likin aik masla ye hai khyber ki assembly pata nahi ap ko mile ge ya nhi sealed achi condition ma wrna aik our masla ban jaey ga ap ky leya.
@hassantahir2 ne abhi recently khyber ka engine tyar kiya hai likin un ka engine sealed tha pehla nae hua tha overhaul. Ap ka engine overhaul 3 4 dafa hua wa hai... Hassan bhai ap ko zada acha guide kr dain gay kya karna chaeya us kay reply ka wait krein our jaldbazi ma kuch mat krna

Problem is you have bore of 1.0 size currently in your engine so you can only use sleeves in your engine overhauling which is not done correctly here in pakistan one option is you can go for assembly which you will have to select wisely. Wait for seniors for other options. Im not an expert i just joined a year ago here. Just share your problems here and everyone will help you. Hassantahir bhai is busy these days otherwise he is expert in khyber problems

His khyber engine needs to be rebuild as its smooking and consuming engine oil currently he has bore of 1 size suggest him possible solutions regarding his engine problem.

First get compression test to know that it's due to valves or piston rings. Also check pcv valve.
If both are bad then I'll suggest you to swap it with better and newer G series engine.
Sleeves are not recommended not a reliable solution.

I think urdu and english both should be default language as this is pakistani forum and urdu is our national language we are discussing problems for our pakistani brothers not foreigner's.

When i bought the car nov 2017 the car blow white smoke then mechanic open oil pan and head and just add helper wid new rings i drove after then approx 25k kms

If u r handyperson and love to tweak engines then swap ur kyber engine with any one of the Suzuki G10B, G15A or G16B efi engine. u will need good working condition wiring, fuel pump and an ECU to run an efi engine.
If u r a layman like me then just change the cylinder block of ur kyber engine with a kabli block and overhaul the cylinder head. U r good to go.
