My Khyber's engine has developed a noise which can be heard when the engine is cold. It vanishes when engine reaches normal temperature. I called the mechanic at my home and started the car, he heard the noise and told me that since it is winter season, the vibrations are increased and it is some external noise. He tightened some of the bolts, adjusted some wires etc and said its done but I knew that the noise is coming from inside the engine because of following two reasons:
1) There is no noise when the engine is started and it appears after sometime, but the vibrations are at peak the instant engine is started, so definitely it is not due to some loose thing vibrating and touching engine.
2) If there is something loose, producing noise due to vibrations, the noise should disappear when accelerator is pressed but here the noise increases with the increase in RPM.
I have made a video and uploaded it here.

Another mechanic has diagnosed it as an issue with piston pins (gudgeon pins). He was of the opinion that I should keep driving it.
Also, this noise is more prominent at driver side as compared to passenger side and while standing outside in front of engine the noise appears to be coming below carburetor area.
