This noise can be due to piston pins also known as gudgeon pins. They connect pistons to connecting rod.

I had it changed 2 months. Back bro didnt. Had idea of unnita
I change it after. Every 40k km or so

They are in piston head, the point where it is connected to its rod.

Khyber 2000 model , generally its in top notch condition , having a problem that car starts missing and stops , cranking wont help . Then i removed the pipe from fuel pump and placed it back it started . It started messing up again and again.Replaced the fuel pump and installed it , still problem occured , mechanic told me ab band hui to petrol wala pipe nikal kay crank kro to dekhu petrol ata ha , tried it petrol was coming, he said carburettor safa krwa lo , next day opened and cleaned it and changed the fuel filter also then car was running fine , few days after i went to islamabad , 110 115 , it was completely fine, on way return to my city i found that car idle speed has gone to zero and car was switching off when I took foot from accelerator and on way back that shit started again ... stopped for few minutes car started again and idle speed was set again.
Now tell me guys whats wrong with the car? its in vv good condition, something is messing up , according to mechanic carburettor is 16 annay set with no mingling whatsoever .. experts???

flush your fuel tank.

Carburettor might be choking intermittently due to dirty fuel tank.

Clean fuel tank, and replace fuel filter. Keep carburettor cleaner spray in car and use it the next time it occurs and see if it improves the condition or not.

Car is not messing up since i posted .. its smooth , seems like fuel tank needs cleaning , fuel
filter, fuel pump everything is brand new .. ill clean the fuel tank when will get time from work

New CV Joints and Gear Oil

One of the axles of my Khyber started producing noise on full turn. I decided to replace both left and right outer Constant Velocity Joints. In Feb 2016, I installed these Sherry CV joints (Chinese) and they proved to be very good as they lasted 3 year and 8 months with 3 to 4 times boots replacement in this period.

This time I have purchased KNK-OEM CV joints for Rs.2900/- a pair. They are also Chinese and my mechanic was praising them as they come with 6 month warranty. Let's see how much they last.
Also changed the gear oil and axle seals. Poured in 2.3L of 75W-85 GL-4 gear oil.

My Kyber is Still on Standard Piston and it is in need to be Overhauled Now. Now i am Confused whether to overhaul or change it with a EFI One. Is Consuming Engine Oil a Lot however still starts fine.

In the overhaul, was it rebored?

If yes by machinist then the clearance is very very tight. Nothing can be done now.

Just drive it normally
