Khyber modified and swapped with 1szfe vitz engine, Booster/cylinder are of Suzuki Cultus.
1. On normal drive without A.C on, in the city with rush or on long brakes works perfectly fine.
2. On high RPM, when vehicle is on Idle, or on Parking, Brake Paddle started become hard, and some times it become so hard that brake paddle did not get pressed... Wheel also get stuck but once vehicle moves, brakes become on somewhat normal.
3. when AC is turned on, brakes paddle work fine only on long, means when less or no frequently braking is applied.
4. When AC is on, in city driving, brake paddle become hard, and on rush condition when continuous braking is applied, it become so hard that i started to jam wheels, so i have to turn off AC, to get brakes become normal,
5. This behavior of brakes seems on high RPM, when brakes are applied it started becoming hard, and vehicles become jam....
6. Caliper and other braking components are fine, even caliper replaced,
7. When vehicle is switched off, brake paddle is heavy, but one turning on vehicles it immediate become soft and get pressed easily.
