I recently received a Kia sportage alpha from Auto Town Bahria town phase 2 Islamabad, which is a subsidiary of kia marshals chakwal. Both these are owned by Mr Usman, who also lives in Bahria town phase 2 Islamabad.
I just want to let you people know that they gave me a car that has a dent on the roof rail. It was not visible during bright daylight, but is very visible in shadow. Im quite disappointed with this. They are now offering me to get it rapaired via denting painting the effected area, but that is certainly not the thing I would like to do on a brand new car. They should have informed me about this at the time of delivery. Also, from the physical inspection of the dent, it seems like they have dry dented the area too. Though they are not accepting it. Anyway, if you need to deal with them in any way, please make sure to take your denter painter along and inspect any car delivered by them just like you inspect a 10 years old used car, because you never know they may be doing the same with you too. Never trust them!
