Kia Picanto 2019: Owner's Review

Visited Kia for first service of my Picanto today.
Experience was different (in a good way) from other workshops.
The car was thoroughly checked in my presence before giving it to mechanics for the 1st service.
My valuables were handed over to me.
Then car was taken for the 1st service where all nut & bolts were checked by the mechanics with precision tightening tools (unlike others workshops where the mechanics use every possible power available to tighten the nuts & bolts).
All electrical equipment were inspected/checked.
All oils & oil leakages (if any) were inspected/checked.
Proper wheel alignment was checked.
And cherry on the top was the complementary car foam wash which gave the car once again showroom condition shine & look.
Overall my experience was good, only thing that I didn't like was "as per company policy customers were not allowed to accompany vehicles during service" and I had to see all this happening from customer's lounge.
Car was handed over to me after almost 90 minutes and again it was checked it detail by the service supervisor before its delivery.

Do share your experiences whenever you visit your Kia showrooms for service/delivery of vehicles.

Was this 1st service a periodic maintenance or initial 1000km check up.

Post thorough review of the car please. I have very biased towards it although my kitchen is also run by a new entrant

Aoa bro, I want to buy a new car but i am confused between Cultus AGS and Kia Picanto.
Cultus has spare parts availability and well estb brand name with it , so what Kia has to offer that i should consider it as well . Thanks

Traveled from Lahore to Islamabad/Peshawar & then back on my picanto.
Fuel average on speed 100 kmph was 20kmpl & on 120 kmph was 16kmpl.
This drive was all on motorway, drive was very comfortable & didn't feel tired during travelling at 120 kmph.

Didn't push it to its limits as engine is new, will post average update on my next long trip.

Ratings are

Drive comfort 9/10
Fuel Average 8/10 as I was expecting better fuel average at 120 kmph speed (May improve with usage)
Power 9/10 Responds very well whenever power was required
Engine Sound 10/10 as didn't hear any engine sound at all
Grip 9/10 due to stock tires, can be improved if tires are changed
Overall Experience 9/10

Mileage for automatic is expected to be lower than manual..

Seems ok for auto.

How is the transmission, gear shifting?

Very smooth. Ignorable minor jerk without any noise. If you are not looking at rpm, you may not even notice the gear shifts.

Its too soon to comment as my car is only 2k driven at the moment.
But I have driven it with ac only & I am getting 15-16 kmpl within city during normal driving.
Average without ac will be shared later.
