Kia Picanto 2021 Plastic Burning Smell when turning on the Fan

Hello brothers,

i've a issue in my Kia Picanto, since couple of days. I turned on the Heater since Karachi gets colder, then after some time the plastic burning smell is coming. then i turned off the FAN and off the heater. Now whenever i turn on the FAN the smell is coming. what should i do and who should i contact with instead of going to Service Center. ?

is there any good option in Karachi ?

Same issue was with me, the issue is with blower motor, there was rust on that. its under glove box, open it and clean it, smell will vanish

thank you for the instructions and sharing your experience. I've taken the car to Carwash and ask the person to do a Blow after removing the the glovebox. The Smell suddenly gone but after 1 day it came back but with 50% less smell.

Should i check with the AC Guy ?
