Hi All,
I am currently facing an issue with my KIA Picanto - AT, bought in September 2020, currently at 84K mileage, mening it is under warranty. All periodic maintenance is done by Authorized KIA Dealerships in Lahore or Islamabad.
At the most recent Periodic Maintenance, the Service team found the Catalytic Convertor to be damaged.
I asked the KIA Dealership to raise the warranty claim for the damaged item. It has been almost a week and I am yet to received a response from either the relevant KIA Dealership in Islamabad or from Lucky Motor Corporation.
I just wanted to know if anyone else has faced an issue of such kind and if so, what was the outcome for Warranty Replacements?
