As you said it's your hard earned money and everyone wants to be 100% sure that they are spending it safely, especially when investing big amounts. In that case it's always better to go for a 0 meter car with original warranty than used car. Even if you go for a used car with genuine auction sheet still you don't know what it has been through after passing through the auction house. Battery/tyre replacement at Pakistani ports is a common practice and who know what else happens to it. Moreover a used car is a used car and you don't know the car's problems and whether it has been properly maintained and why the previous owner sold it. Nobody sells a perfect car which is giving no problems except after clocking plenty of kms or after getting into an accident, which in both cases is a lose-lose situation for you.
There are also many other reasons to prefer a 0 meter over a used/accidented imported car like lack of part availablity, lack of skilled mechanics in case of a major fault, bad response to local low quality fuel etc..
All in all the best bet at this stage in my mind is to go for 4year, 100000km warranty Picanto which has 3S dealerships all over Pakistan which means no issue for parts + regular maintenance at dealerships + charm of a 0 meter car, which all equates to a complete peace of mind.
