I'm not sure why are people bragging over the second gen third gen of picanto.
I agree they got a scraped stamping assembly line from some xyz country and brought it into Pakistan duty free.
But still it comes at a cost,
People bragging over the price I still dont under stand how is faw managing to survive.
But literally if suzuki toyota honda or kia could sell a car at a cheaper price they would. 6 months back a Cultus, Corolla, WagonR City were on 3 to 6 months waiting period.
Now every tom dick and harry is dyeing to sell you cars.
Banks are running after you to some how strike a deal.
Car first, toyota car sure have made banks agree to finance used cars on easier terms aswell.
I personally dont really care if this is a second generation launched in pakistan, I'm glad we have a new product in the market and that actually looks beautiful.
But I would definitely say just to add 99 factor they should have kept the prices atleast 50k cheaper then the cultus.
But pricing it cheaper then cultus would put their product positioning below Cultus. People would consider it a cheaper product then the Cultus.
Pricing the AT at rs.100000 is a win win, I dont know why is suzuki charging 120k for only an actuator.
For a moment let's talk about common Pakistani comment.
I was talking to my father kia launched a new product at 2 million.

So he has a valid point, I remember how much good Santro was over Cultus but it was always priced under Cultus. Similarly Honda tried pricing basic City over Xli twice and reduced prices later.
