How may picanto cars have been sold in pak since launch ?. PAMA doesn't list these cars in their sales lists.

Everyone knows Picanto and Cultus both belong to same category but some trying to justify that its smaller than Cultus so one should not buy this

Yes Picanto is old generation but still looks better. Plus the build quality is far better than Cultus and don’t forget about the known issues of Cultus.

Agreed, Cultus has many known issues whereas we have yet to see any known issue of Picanto.
As I mentioned earlier in some other thread, if you are ok with 13-15 kmpl fuel average of Picanto then there is no other reason to shift to Cultus.
Cultus has better fuel average than Picanto, and if this is the only preference to purchase a car, I would suggest the buyers to go for the Alto Ags as it is even better than Cultus in fuel average.

One should consider the time KIA has wrt to other companies if considering the brand value in Pakistan.

Agreed, it will take time as with any new car launched.

If you want a faster car that is more fuel efficient then go for suzuki cultus.

Agreed with the fuel efficiency of Cultus but there is a question mark on "Faster Car".

If your main concern is fuel efficiency, go for Cultus.

If your concerns are reliability, good build quality, with some compromise on fuel efficiency, go for Kia Picanto.

Picanto sales are definitely up، in my neighborhood i have seen atleast 8 new unregistered picantos. People are showing interest in the car , those who dont know about it think its a japanese import

Just sit in both cars and compare which I have.
I was excited to get the picanto when it came out even took test drives twice, drives good but rear leg room is small for this segment.

It did fit but it was looking oversized. That was 185 width, currently i got 175.

They are struggling to sell picanto real, real bad. The only car they are able to sell is Sportage thats because of the features advantage and a good platform whereas the obsolete rubbish like picanto wont sell in numbers as expected. Specially in these uncertain times where one will buy a car which has good after sale value.
