Oh okay. In Lahore I booked from Ferozpur road branch. They are v cooperative.
As per the companies policy, we have to only pay 1 million as advance and remaining is to be paid when schedule of car deliveries is being shared with the dealers (app. 1 month before delivery). So my delivery is July 21 and as per discussion with my dealer, they will let me know for remaining payment as soon as delivery is confirmed by the factory. I am expecting remaining payment by end of June and delivery in July 21.
So in your case, they should have taken only 1 million. Your car should be delivered in June 21 as 2 months waiting period is for Manual Picanto. Kindly ask them to get update from factory.
How did you make the payment ? And in whose name ? And do you have proper car booking documents.
