Which one should be bought?
We need a family car as we are unable to fit in a 5 seater.
Our budget is limited. advise required please:
should we get a 2.4 AWD or 3.5 FWD?
3.5 for the win. It is the most reliable Hyundai/KIA engine out there followed by the 2.0 engine we see in Elantra etc.3.5 also has better resale value however Sorento is only a car which you keep for yourself long term and not sell for a profit. It also has very soft suspension
At this time, both of them cost the same. So, I'd advise you to go for the 3.5 FWD as it has better value proposition than the 2.4 AWD. It will also be quite powerful which is a good thing.
2.4 is pretty underpowered tbh. Go for 3.5
