Kia spectra 1nz-fe swap

hello people,
im starting a project on kia by putting 1nz -fe 1500vvti automatic into a kia spectra , any suggestions will be appreciated?
i already bought the motor ,ecu , complete wiring for 60k and the mechanic is charging me 16k for altering , fitting and wiring and giving a gurantee on engine mounts (which i will buy for him) that it wont break this cost excludes chothay motay kharchay which i personally think would cost around 20 to 30k more for finishing off with this project...ill be looking forward to positive suggestions and i know i could have just put 5afe init but instead i wanted to do something new, i think you could have moderate success by copying someone else but if you really want to knock it out of the park ,you have to do something different and take chances.

make sure ALL wiring to and from the ECU gets connected properly. Otherwise the car will become a sad story.

One of my friend has swapped 1nzfe in his spectra. I will ask him about details on swap. In which city you are located?
If you are in rwp/isb. I can suggest a mechanic.

im located in lahore , and im getting it done from bilal gunj lahore , the work has started today i hope everything goes well...can you ask your friend for any suggestions that would be important for me to know and how well is his car running?
the 1nz fe which im putting in is without electric throttle though...ill be looking forward to ur reply

im looking forward to it already the axles and exhaust has been customized i hope they work well and about wiring i bought uncut wiring for it...it all depends on the electrician now...if anyone knows any good electrician in lahore let me know incase anything goes wrong...thank you

uncut wiring is not a guarantee of good working, it only makes the work easier.

The wiring bit we are mentioning is the wiring from the body to the ECU, meaning, live, ON, start circuit, fuel pump circuit, VSS, A/C, diagnosis, Check engine warning lamp etc.

Uncut Just Make Sure All You Sensors Are Connected.......If All Grips Are Intact And None Of Sensor Is Missing.....

You Need To Take Care Of Body Side Wiring And Xulfiqar Stated......There Also Comes Alot Of Wiring Which Need To Be Hooked Up....!

Just Make Sure Everything Is Working Fair And Fine....! You Will Enjoy It If It Goes All Well.....Spectra Got Quiet A Big Engine ROOm...Holds A WIDE Angle DOHC. Quiet Nicely

Dear Ali,

how is the project going? what was the budget of over all swap? I am also thinking of doing it next month in FSD. lemme know the results if the swap is already taken place do tell about the gear box? How the performance is after the swap and did you finally get good mileage do tell us about CNG did you get it installed, I hope you swapped for the mileage reason cause I am sick of spending 15K per month for feul cost. Also tell us all about the final cost and the name and number of the machanic and electriction.
