Kia Spectra Engine replacement

Hi All,

I need to replace the engine of my KIA spectra. Kindly suggest which engine would serve the purpose best from your experience.....

look around for a mazda carb or an EFI (EFI engine with wiring & ECU) it will be a BOLT-ON with no Cut-weld required as KIA is producing cars under Mazda & umbrella. - any other engine swap will not be economical in terms of swap as major cut & weld will be required while car VALUE will remain unchanged

I have Spectra 2003, my car was having some engine problem, I have planned to swap this engine with 4A-FE,
details are
Fuel: EFI
Make : Toyota (Indus Corolla GLi Japanese)
Capacity : 1600 CC
Good average on Petrol/CNG (as compared Original spectra engine)
Parts are easily available
Spectra original engine is 1500 CC

But I solved my all Engine issues. Now its running superb on original engine

Hi,

After engine replacement, did u find any issues related to vibrations in car at high speed etc. Because i receive some comments of possible vibrations in car after such modification
