i received an email through PW with that gentleman showing interest and asking demand for my car. nowhere have i mentioned my intention for selling it. same thing happened six months back

I cleaned the engine bay on my spectra with utmost care and here are the results

Also i needed to change the number plate as the old one was getting all messed ups
One of the nuts was slipping so the bumper needed to be removed. Here is the end product

Baby without the bumper. CHeck the protective shield underneath the bumper and the impact absorbing material. Its not styrofoam exactly but it has taken so many small impacts that i dont even remeber
Toyota and Honda bumpers need replacement even if a cycle hits them but this one is flexible material combined with the protection as below. It requires a major accident to break through this protection. I love these things on the spectra.

Type R Horns and i am serious. i do have type R horns on my spectra otherwise no Toyota freak listens to the Honk, This one works simply great

last night i fixed my charade's front bumper to lessen its kharr kharr. its fixed now but cool engine is more vibratory it gives hard time to bumper edges downside. anyways i am thinking to get new or get it repaired will compare the difference.

I replaced gear oil and engine oil on my specy this friday

Engine oil is Liqui Moly Mos2 10W-40 semi synthetic
Gear Oil, Cofran 75W-90 GL-5 as per ercommendation in the owner's manual.

Before using 75W-90 i was forced to use 75W-85 which is 2nd recommendation

Now its all as per specifications.

Got the pair for Rs.450/-
These H1's are not easily available and i accidentaly found them at Aziz Autos Rawalpindi.
I will get them fitted today and will post a picture of the yellow lights

finaly i have got rid of t he stock panasonic double din music system because the display was giving problem even though everything was working fine.

This is what i have got

My old wish of having a storage rack is also fulfilled now

Its a very basic panasonic with reasonable amplifier 33W X 4.
It has line in capability so most of the songs will come from my 60GB iPod. Also i have made a car phone out of it. In future i can install a changer if needed and a video screen is also on thec ards

It has matched well with the interior and its illumination is also green like rest of the lights

Looks good at night. Total cost with everything Rs. 2500/-
