Kia Sportage 2021 Jerks in slow speed

Assalam o Alaikum Pakwheels Community

I want to ask something about my recently purchased Kia Sportage 2021 AWD. I am facing a problem I feel a jerk which seems like the engine is braking when I leave the accelerator pedal while driving the car.

I've just purchased a car one week ago and I am facing the problem like that. Please guide me about it.

Your transmission needs recalibration.

My 2021 AWD Sportage did the same. When speed is around 50-55 and foot is lifted from pedal, it feels like the car is braking and speed went to 40-45.

The dealership will take the car on a 1-2 hour trip with computer attached and will re-calibrate the transmission.
KIA Ferozpur did this for me in warranty as it was the first time.

@cocgame.hammad Thanks for the reply on my topic.

But I went yesterday for some general tuning like the throttle cleaning and also I've replaced the plugs with new NGK IR Plugs as the plugs were wornout. after the tuning my mechanic has attached their Scanner with the car and ran the full scan of the car and it shows all the functions are working normal and after that I've also taken the drive of the car and the issue seems to be resolved.

so I think the issue might be due to the service of the car because the car kept showing the service warning when I start the car.

I will surely check it again on some higher speeds to see if the problem has been solved or not.

@pwuser151681817646 There are many KIA Motors 3S dealership across the city but I hear a lot about the KIA 3s Dealership which is near to Milinium Mall Karachi. I didn't went by myself on the showroom but I hear good reviews from some of my friends.
