Got 20000 KM Service of my Sportage yesterday which cost Rs 20,036/-

It included
Oil/Oil Filter Changed
Wheel Allignment (No more going to left side)
Wheel Balancing
Engine Tuning
Brake service
Catalytic converter cleaning with chemical (Cost 4500)
Air/Ac filter cleaning

Overall its been a good vehicle without any issues till now. Will update experience after 40000 Km service.

Good. It is a bit on the pricey side though.

May I ask where are you getting it serviced from? My car's due first service in a month.

That's pretty steep for some very basic services. Also everywhere I have read, it says that catalytic converter cleaning is not recommended by any manufacturer, why are KIA doing this?

Congrats. Best of luck for on time delivery and no price change before it.
I also moved from Grande FL. Of course Sportage is a better car in many aspects but the few things I miss about the Corolla is its super responsive and smooth CVT, its relatively more planted ride (because it was a sedan of course) and a few small things like paddle shifters and colour instrument cluster LCD.
Sportage has many addons however, electronic brakes + brake hold, panoramic roof and more space amongst others. Overall a good upgrade.

Ofcourse it's a different category and indeed the meter is dull looking but overall i find it worth the money, grande now touches 40 so if you're getting a bigger more roomier vehicle in 50 which also has good ground clearance then its a bargain.
I have a civic x too i hope sportage has a better cvt than it, this thing lags really hard.

Sportage does not have a CVT. Conventional auto which is reasonably responsive. I also have a Civic X 1.8 from work and frankly speaking, the difference in transmission response is not significant. Grande’s is superior to both.

Sportage feels underpowered as compared to grande?

That's what bothers me n keeping me from upgrading...

I guess there's a huge difference between acceleration of grande n sportage, right.

Guys sportage fwd or proton X70 fwd. I really like the shape of x70 but the delivery time is July but while sportage delivery time is april.
